Icade: strengthens its position with Odysseum Klépierre
Icade and Klépierre announce a strengthening of their position on the mall Odysseum, which was attended by more than six million visitors in its first year of operation.
The two groups have recently acquired land from the SERM (Equipment Company of the Montpellier area) ownership and management of a cluster covering 5 hectares and 21,000 m² GLA shopping center adjacent to and comprised of shops, dining and entertainment. The total acquisition price excluding tax is around 35 million euros.
