Arkoon: reduced its losses in H1
Arkoon Network Security publishes a net loss of 210.000 for the first half of 2011, against a negative 4.5 million euros a year earlier.
The company operating in the field of IT security solutions made from a negative operating result of EUR 633,000, an increase of 829,000 euros compared to June 30, 2010.
The EBITDA for its part becomes positive at 342,000 euros, 794,000 euros, an increase of over one year.
Arkoon achieved a turnover of 4.9 million euros, against 4.4 million the previous year.
In the second half, the group indicates that business growth is expected to confirm the recovery compared to 2010 which, together with expenditure control, allows to expect a great improvement in annual results.
